  14. 60 ml vinegar
  15. 60 ml of water
  16. 50 grams of sugar

Instructions for making short ribs

  1. Ribs flavored with salt and pepper, let rest
  2. Combine shallots, lemon grass, red pepper, coconut milk, sweet soy sauce and mixed spices to a coarse paste and add to the ribs and marinate for about an hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 200 ° C, prepare an aluminum plate to bake ribs and drain all remaining liquid, cover with aluminum foil and cook for at least 3 hours.
  4. Prepare the salad: Peel a carrot and squash, cut a slice, pick a mint and a little basil (Thai basil, tastes stronger than holy basil)
  5. Make a light dough with equal amounts of white vinegar, sugar and water, then add a pinch of salt and mix until the sugar dissolves, then pour it into the salad and stir.
  6. It's cooking time!
