- For the meat: wash the meat. Add about 4 cups of water and add the chopped onion and cardamom and spices (baharat, salt, pepper and beef stock 1) to cook for 2 hours until the meat is completely tender.

- To prepare: soak the bread in the sauce for 1 minute, cook the meat and garnish with the rice.
