  15. salt and pepper to taste
  16. I used 2-3 xq cooking oil, grape seed oil

Steps to prepare beef stew - Gluten-free and milk-free

  1. Cut the beef into slices. Heat the pan over medium-high / high heat and add the oil. Sprinkle the pieces of meat with cornstarch and then place in a hot pan. Brown on all sides.
  2. While the meat is frying, peel and slice the potatoes, onions and celery. Add the vegetables to the slow cooker.
  3. Add the sauce, crushed tomatoes and frozen vegetables to the slow cooker.
  4. Add the fried meat and vegetables to the slow cooker.
  5. Add 1/2 cup sauce to the frying pan. Use a spatula to remove the remaining pieces of meat from the pan. Pour into a slow cooker.
  6. Add attachments. Mix and cover. Put the slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  7. Have fun!
