- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Cut the meat and spring onions into strips.
- Lightly sear the choi garnish until tender (about 5 minutes over medium-high heat).
- Mix the meat, vegetables and pasta in a bowl and stir. Garnish with chopped eggs and chili garlic sauce.
- Place the broth, shrirachun, ginger, and cilantro in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Slowly pour the liquid over the meat-vegetable-noodle mixture and serve.
