  22. 8 ounces sour cream

Burmese Beef Burrito Steps

  1. Place rice, salt, and 3 cups water in a medium saucepan. Cover it with a lid, put on a strong fire and let the water boil completely. Once it boils, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let sit for another five minutes with the lid closed. Remove immediately before use.
