- Add the desired potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper and marinade. Let cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the sauce and bay leaves. Beat a little more marinade. It boils. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, gradually reducing the heat until simmering.
- Option (thickness): Mix cornstarch and cold water together. Add the pot, stirring. Let cook for another 15 minutes.
- A cube on the left, a cube on the right. You like. Serve with white rice or mashed potatoes.
