- 1/4 cup yellow moong dal
- 1/3 cup whole white urad
- 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- As Per Taste Salt
- As Required Ghee for roasting

- Wash barley yellow moong dal white whole urad fenugreek seeds with water 4-5 times. Soak in enough water for 6 hours.
- Grind to smooth batter in a mixer grinder jar. Transfer it to a deep big container and cover it. Keep aside for fermentation overnight or at least 6 hours.
- At the time of making barley dosa..add salt. If needed add warm water to make dosa batter consistency.
